Nama sake (unpasteurized) that retains natural energy and lively freshness on the palate. In the glass, aromas of white pear, ripe Japanese melon and greenish apple with a delicate floral touch are revealed, medium-light body, smooth texture and fresh acidity leading to a clear and long finish.
