creating extraordinary depth and complexity. A delicate aroma of honey, soft and balanced acidity and a rich style that is suitable for drinking at a variety of temperatures.
The sake combines Kyokai No.12 yeast, developed at the brewery about 60 years ago, and is a connection between ancient tradition and innovation.
