This sesame paste is made from 100% organic black sesame seeds, which are roasted at extremely high temperatures using Wadaman's traditional roasting techniques and then carefully crushed multiple times in a special mortar to create a paste.It has a smooth texture and the distinctive, rich flavor of black sesame.
